The AAA Five Diamond resort; the St. Regis is nestled in the lower Deer Valley of Park City, Utah amidst the picturesque Wasatch Mountains. The 242-room St. Regis Deer Valley features a spa, 3 restaurants, a large lounge, meeting spaces, and fitness center.

Solution

  • Trivergix provided off-site consolidation, warehousing, delivery and installation of all FF&E for the hotel, and public areas for both original construction and current renovation project.
  • Coordinated and managed installation of 13 different room layouts.
  • Due to order and timeline constraints, under the current renovation scope, Trivergix to de-install and remove all existing FF&E, along with the re-install of FF&E being re-used.
  • Facilitatinq liquidation of all FF&E in final stage of renovation.
  • Coordinating with developer, general contractor and hotel operations to complete accelerated installation schedule within 8-week time frame. Originally scheduled for 12-14 week install phase.
