Provided centralized consolidation and direct to store delivery of new video game fixtures to 1,400 Target stores within a 6- week period

Solution

• Mesa utilized three consolidation points (35,000 sf per location) - strategically placed in Salt Lake City, UT; Chicago, IL and Raleigh, NC. DCs were optimized based vendor and store locations.
• Mesa consolidated bulk vendor shipments from 27 different suppliers in the 3 DCs.
• Mesa provided pick-N-pack for 62 different build configurations, fulfilled orders and delivered kits directly to each store for installation.
• 100% on time completion.
