Nationwide rollout of new fixtures and visual displays into two separate departments for 62 stores – deliveries and installation completed within 4 weeks.

Solution

• Provided fixture transportation from eight different vendor origins to 18 different final mile warehouses
• Consolidated fixtures at final mile delivery agents
• Provided date and time specific after hours delivery to each store
• Provided white glove inside delivery, assembly and placed fixtures per floor plans
• Removed all debris, recycled and disposed of offsite
• 100% on time completion
